“honey” is the first generation sake for Teresake. It is produced in limited quantities of 960 bottles, at the season between Spring Equinox and Summer Solstice.
Brewed with specially selected AIYAMA rice, one of the biggest sized rice among other premium kinds and sekitousui (rock-filtered underwater), “honey” has amazing fragrant, sharp and semi-sweet, astounding complex taste. It is perfect to serve “honey” in summer time with your bff and your honey.
